£25. 00 Simon Carter gift voucher redeemable in any of our UK stores or online. VOUCHER TERMS and CONDITIONS
1. ‘Simon Carter’ Sterling Gift Vouchers are redeemable against any merchandise in UK Simon Carter stores only.
2. Gift Vouchers must be submitted upon redemption in store.
3. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online. When redeeming gift vouchers online via simoncarter. net, you will be required to give the voucher code which is revealed by scratching off the panel.
4. Once the panel has been scratched off the gift voucher cannot be redeemed in any of our shops. If the security code has already been used when shopping online at simoncarter. net, the voucher will be void.
5. Multiple Gift Vouchers may be redeemed in the same transaction up to the value of the goods being purchased. No change can be given for purchases that are less than the value of the gift vouchers
6. Gift Vouchers are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash or used for the purchase of Gift Vouchers.
7. Please treat Gift Vouchers as cash in terms of security. Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged. Gift Vouchers are void if scratch-off panel has been removed.
8. Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights.
9. Simon Carter Ltd. reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.
10. Simon Carter Ltd. reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
11. If you require a refund for goods you have purchased online or in one of our shops using gift voucher/s, then in most instances we will issue a credit note to the value of the returned goods, on production of a receipt.  This does not affect your statutory rights
